Prior to granting a license to an international financial institution in accordance with this Act, the implementation committee may request information, details or documents deemed necessary from such institution in relation to granting a license to such an institution to conduct international financial transactions. In this way, it will be the duty of the relevant international financial institution to submit the information, details or documents requested by the implementation committee without delay.
